Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel makes you feel like you have your own little apartment on the bridge, just a short walk from the main lobby. The rooms are modern and comfortable, though a climb up three flights with your luggage. The location is excellent for exploring downtown Erfurt, but can get a bit noisy due to its central position. The service is friendly and accommodating, especially to children. The dining experience offers plenty of choices, though service during breakfast hours could be more attentive.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable but quite small for the price paid, with excellent air conditioning and a very cozy bed. However, I felt that they might be small by spoiled-American standards and found it disappointing that there was no free water, which felt poor for what is advertised as a four-star hotel.
Staying at this hotel was like living in my own little apartment on the bridge. The room was large and comfortable with excellent air conditioning, a very comfortable bed, and it was very quiet. However, the lack of free water was a downside for a supposed four-star establishment.
The hotel is centrally located by the Kramerbrucke Bridge, making it perfect for exploring the city. The rooms, though clean and nicely decorated, were small and noisy. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially towards our tired child in the early hours. Dining offered traditional German fare but felt out of place in the modern setting. Overall, a convenient stay with a few noise and size-related inconveniences.
